Life is about emotions. And emotions are expressed through behavior. On this episode, Richard talks with Robert Beagle, creator of a weekly love letter entitled "Romantic Memo." Why do the words love and romance cause so much misunderstanding? In today's world, romance is not the easiest thing to keep alive because we're pulled in so many different directions. But if you love somebody, and you're really in love with them, don't make Valentine's Day the only day you say it and you show it. Make it an everyday part of the relationship with them.

Richard has a return guest, Orrin Hudson, to discuss what it means to live from the inside-out and not the outside-in through the powerful story and presence Orrin has. If you are not familiar with Orrin, he loves to help kids get off the street and show them a better life. How does he do it? Chess. You heard that right. He introduces them to the strategic game of chess and how it's such a powerful way to get the kids to think differently and change their own lives.

Richard interviews a long-time friend, Rick Hill, to learn about his story and journey for the past 30+ years and how it's created a powerful presence in the world. In life, there are only two foundations we can stand on. The answer to every question in life is created by which of one of those foundations we choose to stand on. You and I were not put on this Earth to be comfortable; we were put here to discover. There are so many people that drop out of the classroom of life, and every day they can't see and they miss the possibilities that are there every day. So they dig themselves deeper into a circle of sameness. To implement anything in our life, we have to give ourselves permission. Every choice you make in your life, you give yourself permission to make that choice. And every day those choices that I make are based upon which of these foundations I am standing on.
