Stress — something that is with you every day, but doesn’t have to control your life. In Part 2 of Controlling The Stress In Your Life, we are going to explore the 7 Steps to Controlling Your Stress, the 12 Realities for understanding where stress comes from and then, take a tour of the four rooms of your life. We are going to stop in your Business Room, your Family Room, your Social Room and your Personal Room to find the stressors in each room, confront them and create a plan for Un-Winding from being Wound-Up. When your rooms are in sync, your stress becomes a part of your growth, not your self-destruction. Give negative stress enough space and it can and will kill you!
